Your Tru Tech cylindrical grinding machine forms part of a new machine concept, consisting of a triple-axle grinding system and a patented grinding unit. The entire machine is supplemented with a precision robotic loader. The major benefit to you? You will experience the ease with which the machine grinds shapes, thanks to its optimized settings for cut and creep grinding, negating the need for special grinding wheels. This enables you to create an innovative, efficient production process, as well as save money. The robotic loader has as many as four axles, which enables your carbide tools to be pre-processed with a diameter range from 3 to 25 mm. The manufacturing process is able to run fully automatically. It is quick and easy to set the loader thanks to Place-N-Teach™ automation technology. Smaller series will always give you a high return.
